An independently compiled unclaimed listing does not imply that the business joined Pelk, endorses it or receives Pelk messages. Public facts should be checked directly with the official business. Claiming, corrections and removal are free. A claim grants no control until authorized review; verification uses independent evidence and never transfers existing private accounts, conversations or plans. National coverage is maintained incrementally and is not a guarantee that every Canadian business is listed.

Pelk+ is currently a free feature preview with no card requirement, subscription, charge or automatic paid conversion. Any future paid offer will require separately disclosed prices and terms and your affirmative purchase. Current basic claiming, corrections and removal do not become paid obligations. Campaign exports are tools, not traffic, sales or advertising-performance guarantees. Review your copy, rights, contact details and promotion terms before using materials externally. Promotions require bilingual content, dated terms and publication review; expiry controls display, not checkout or redemption.

Pelk is a Canadian business directory, catalogue marketplace and business-tools application operated by Intueo Labs Inc. It connects individual customers and business buyers with Canadian businesses, with a focus on the Persian-speaking community. Participation is not restricted by nationality or ethnicity. You do not need to own a business to browse or send enquiries. Intueo operates the platform and contracts for its own services; it is not the seller of every listed product or service.

You must be authorized to represent the Canadian business and have permission to publish its name, images, contact details and listing content. Keep descriptions, prices, availability and qualifications accurate. Do not impersonate another business, publish private information without permission, infringe rights, post misleading claims, or offer unlawful goods or services. You retain ownership of your content and permit Intueo to store and display it as needed to operate your selected Pelk features.

Profiles and catalogue changes require publication review. We may ask for corrections or evidence, decline a submission, or suspend a listing for inaccurate, unsafe, unauthorized or unlawful content. Approval is not an endorsement, proof of company ownership, professional licence, product certification or guarantee. Regulated services may be listed only when the relevant authority and credentials have been reviewed for that scope. Buyers should independently verify credentials and suitability. Customers and businesses can exchange private messages in Pelk. A business may send a proposal with a CAD amount, terms and an optional expiry. The Interested action expresses interest for further discussion; it is not a checkout or an order-acceptance action. Pelk does not process orders, payments, escrow, shipping or refunds. The parties must confirm specifications, taxes, delivery, payment, returns, warranties and their final agreement directly. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Use messages for relevant enquiries and conversations, not spam or unsolicited mass marketing. Represent a business only when authorized. Blocking stops new messages with that account; reporting shares the specified conversation with moderators for review. Read indicators and delivery acknowledgements do not guarantee a response, understanding or agreement. Email and SMS notifications are not enabled.

Tools produce editable checklists and arithmetic estimates using your inputs. They are not a complete compliance checklist, financial forecast, tax calculation, quote or guarantee of results. Budget results are before business taxes and exclude any costs you have not entered. They are not personal take-home income. Verify important decisions with the appropriate qualified professional or official authority.

Guest work is saved in this browser, not an online account. Keep backups and do not use a shared device for confidential work. Where accounts are enabled, protect your email and sign out on shared devices. Cloud saves are explicit replacements, not automatic synchronization. Saving, loading, importing or deleting a plan may replace or remove a copy; review the confirmation first.

A project begins only through a written agreement issued by Intueo Labs Inc. The agreement or statement of work defines scope, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, third-party costs, timing, acceptance, intellectual property, maintenance, and any service levels.

Pelk and Intueo Labs Inc. do not provide legal, immigration, accounting, tax, insurance, investment, or other regulated professional advice through this website. Digital products may support businesses in those fields, but the relevant professional remains responsible for their advice, content, calculations, compliance, and client relationship.

Selected work is shown to demonstrate implementation experience. A project listing does not imply endorsement, a continuing commercial relationship, or a paid client engagement unless stated. WestVan Accounting is identified as a complimentary, unpaid project. External sites and third-party services are controlled by their respective operators.

You may browse the site for lawful business purposes. Do not disrupt, probe, scrape at abusive scale, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or misuse the content. Unless another owner is identified, site design, copy, and original assets are owned by or licensed to Intueo Labs Inc. Project ownership is governed by the applicable written agreement.

The public website is provided as available and may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Intueo Labs Inc. is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general site content, external links, or temporary site unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These website terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Project agreements may contain their own dispute and governing-law terms. We may update these website terms and will change the date shown above when we do.
