Company owners can save private profile and catalogue drafts. When approved, business details, contact information, optional visitor address, hours, social links, gallery, products, services and prices become public, including to search engines. Only enter information you intend to publish. Draft changes do not replace the approved public version until publication. Social, email and phone links open external sites or apps only when you select them.
Starting a conversation shares your name, optional company name, message and the verified contact shown in the form with the chosen business: your account email, or your verified phone number if no verified email is available. Choosing a business profile also identifies the business you represent. Messages, replies and offers are stored for the original conversation participants; they are not public and are not automatically emailed or texted. Read cursors record which messages have been opened, not proof that someone understood them. Your private business plan is never attached automatically.
Blocking prevents further messages with the other account but does not erase existing conversations. Reporting shares your reason and a snapshot of that conversation with authorized moderators. Publication moderators otherwise have no general access to private conversations. Authorized platform administrators may access records when needed for support, security or legal obligations. Do not include passwords, identity documents or payment details in messages.
Plans, tasks, budgets and briefs are calculated and stored locally in your browser by default. Your saved-business list also stays in this browser, does not sync with your account and is not cleared by signing out. It contains only public business names, locations, categories and page links. Anyone using the same browser profile can access these local items. Clear the shortlist from Saved businesses; clearing browser data removes both the shortlist and the local plan. Downloaded backups are your responsibility. A language-preference cookie remembers English or Farsi for one year.
Supabase processes your chosen account contact, authentication session and any plan you explicitly save. Where enabled, Google sign-in shares the identity information needed to authenticate you, and an SMS delivery provider processes your number to deliver sign-in codes. Only configured sign-in methods are offered. Signing in does not upload your plan or create a public business profile. Account sessions stay in this browser; signing out does not delete a locally stored plan. Do not enter passwords, identity documents, financial account numbers or other sensitive records into the tools.
Hosting and security providers may process technical logs, including IP addresses and browser information. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals on sign-in forms to help prevent automated abuse. Font delivery may connect to Google Fonts or jsDelivr. The workspace does not include analytics or advertising trackers. Providers may process information outside Canada.
